The Relationship between Psychological Contract Breach and Psychological Contract Violation: The interactive effects of Tenure

چکیده

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between psychological contract breach (PCB) and violation (PCV), extent which moderated by tenure. data for was collected from a sample 304 faculty members working in three public-sector universities Quetta City. Data were respondents using proportionate random sampling close-ended questionnaires. analysis revealed that PCB had significant positive relation with PCV tenure relationship. Limitations practical implications are discussed end.
